IRINA KOPINA, ZUMBA® FACULTY
Irina has been teaching Zumba® classes
for several years now. Originally from Estonia, she is proud to call
Brunswick County her home. She will be instructing Zumba® Toning and Regular Zumba® classes at Movement Works. She is very passionate about her students as well as Zumba® and
can’t wait to share her enthusiasm with you through such a fun workout.
Her style is very easy to follow; her classes are both low impact and
high energy, which is great for all ages and fitness levels.
